ABOUT KRAV MAGA


Our Self Defense workshops are based off of a self defense system called Krav Maga. Krav Maga is a modern self-defense and fighting system. It was originally developed in the 1950s and taught to the Israeli Army. These days, though, there are multiple forms of this system taught throughout the world, including civilian or self-defense Krav Maga.


Krav Maga is meant to be a practical and intuitive form of self-defense for people of all genders, ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels.


It expands on your natural instincts and helps you to develop the skills you need to defend yourself while also improving your physical and mental health and well-being.

Since we are mobile, the number of people in each Krav Maga class that we have is usually around 10-15 students, this way we have more time to focus on technique with each class member and ensure you are getting the education and direction you need.


Our Krav Maga instructor is knowledgeable and has experience instructing people of all skill levels.


When we say that Krav Maga self-defense is for everybody, we mean everybody.


We provide modified versions of every exercise during our classes. Whether you have got a bad back, bad knees, or are just brand new to working out, we’ll give you modifications so you can move forward at your own pace.

    Absolutely! Everyone can benefit from getting stronger, improving their stamina, and learning how to defend themselves.



  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

    We recommend dressing in comfortable clothing that makes it easy for you to move around. Gym shorts, yoga pants, T-shirts, and sports bras are all good picks. Make sure you choose clothing that is breathable and keeps you cool.
